ACA’s Prithvi Raj Prajeesh Triumphs at Al Oruba Club FIDE Rated Open Rapid Chess Tournament

The Al Oruba Club FIDE Rated Open Rapid Chess Tournament was successfully held at Al Oruba Club, Juffair, on 26th December 2025, witnessing strong international participation.

A total of 94 players from 10 different federations competed in this highly competitive FIDE-rated event, making it one of the most exciting rapid tournaments of the season in Bahrain.

 Outstanding Achievement by Prithvi Raj Prajeesh

Prithvi Raj Prajeesh, a King Level student of Arjun’s Chess Academy, delivered a flawless performance to emerge Champion, scoring a perfect 7 points out of 7 rounds.

With this remarkable championship victory, Prithvi also achieved a FIDE rating gain of +65 points, marking a major milestone in his chess journey and reflecting his consistent hard work, discipline, and competitive strength.
