A Proud ACA Milestone! ♟️🏆
We are delighted to celebrate the wonderful achievement of 6-year-old Anyav Gopalakrishnan, who has achieved a FIDE Rapid Rating of 1526! 🔥
🇧🇭 No. 1 in Bahrain
🇮🇳 No. 8 in India
🌍 No. 30 in the World
in his age group in Rapid Chess.
Anyav started training with Arjun’s Chess Academy at just 4 years old and has been with ACA for the past two years. From learning and building his foundation to regular training, practice and tournament exposure, it has been wonderful to watch his journey and progress.
At ACA, we believe that starting young with the right guidance, structured training and consistent support can make a big difference. Every child develops at their own pace, and our focus is to help each student build strong fundamentals, confidence, discipline and a genuine love for chess.
A special appreciation to Anyav’s parents for their trust in ACA and for consistently supporting his training and tournament participation. A young player’s progress is always stronger when parents, coaches and the child work together. ❤️♟️
Anyav’s journey from age 4 to a 1526 FIDE Rapid Rating at age 6 is only the beginning. We look forward to supporting him as he continues to learn and grow.
